The staff accomodated our request for early check-in although it was subjected to room availability. The swimming pool was great too, and had pretty lights at night. The facilities such as the pool bar and cafe were good too. I enjoyed the massage as well. I also liked how we could get water at the floor instead of bottled water as it is more convenient that way.

Aside from the very pleasing outside look of the place, we chose this hotel for its location. It is near Museums, Malls and is also a walking distance from the Instagramma Walls. You can easily point out to jeepneys and trycs where you want to be dropped off by asking if it’s around the route of the Capitol, Museo Iloilo or The Atrium. The staff are also very friendly and the place is clean, we had dinner at their Wander House Café and we especially liked their Cucumber Lemon juice. We’ll definitely stay here again if we go back 😊

The hotel provided good value for the price we paid for our 3-day stay. Its location was convenient, as it was easy to access jeepneys and close to an esplanade and some tourist spots. The food at the hotel’s café/restaurant was delicious, but the best part of our stay was the friendly and approachable staff ❤️

I was expecting a normal sized room for 2 but daaaaang! they gave us the room about the restaurant which is waaay to big haha but it was a great experience, we had a great view from the balcony, lots of windows, the bathroom was huge! The staff was sooo friendly as well.

This place is great, and it has a poolside bar and food available. The staff here is incredibly friendly and professional and they always go the extra mile to satisfy your needs. Huge clean rooms and comfy beds.

The staff are very accomodating,smiling,and the requests are addressed quickly. The place is in a very good location. Walking distance to the mall and to the famous Lapaz Market where we had the authentic lapaz batchoy. And the pool is always open. Nice place for family with kids.

Good location close to the port and great pool. Handy to have a cafe and pool bar so no need to go out for food. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room had great amenities, including kettle and toothbrush!

The room was very spacious and there was lots of hot water. We loved the pool and the staff were lovely. The location is good ....we were able to walk to the port to get ferry to Palawan.

Very good spacious family room slip in two with separate toilet and showers .Staff very friendly and helpful as I extended our stay,and when enquiry about staying again was offered a discounted rate which I booked in advance.
